Our Facility and Equipment
Our facility operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications and is FDA registered. Every area is organized for efficiency — from machining and inspection to assembly and packaging. Temperature-controlled spaces help maintain dimensional accuracy, and automated systems support continuous operation. By combining advanced machinery with skilled operators, we provide dependable production runs and accurate repeatability from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
5-Axis CNC Machining Centers
Precision starts with our 5-axis machining centers. These machines handle complex shapes and multi-surface parts in one setup, reducing handling and improving accuracy. Whether we’re cutting titanium for orthopedic implants or shaping detailed aluminum housings for commercial applications, our CNC milling delivers consistency across all materials — metals, plastics, and composites. Advanced software and multi-axis programming help us move from concept to finished component quickly and efficiently.
Swiss Turning and Wire EDM
For smaller, intricate parts, our Swiss-style turning machines produce exceptional precision on small diameters with contouring, grooving, and threading in a single setup. High-speed spindles and advanced thread whirling reduce cycle times and maintain fine surface finishes.
Our Wire EDM capabilities add another level of precision, cutting conductive materials like titanium, carbide, and stainless steel with spark erosion technology. This process makes it possible to create complex shapes and sharp corners without distortion or burrs.
Femtosecond Laser Marking Systems
Product identification and traceability are essential in regulated industries. Our CNC laser marking machine uses femtosecond laser technology to create clean, high-contrast markings without heat damage. The process uses pulses that last only a few quadrillionths of a second, leaving the material surface intact while producing detailed and permanent marks. This is ideal for medical implants and surgical instruments where material integrity and corrosion resistance are critical. From serial numbers and barcodes to logos and UDI codes, every mark supports traceability and compliance.
Vision and CMM Systems
Every component is verified through our Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and vision inspection systems. These tools compare finished parts against CAD models to confirm dimensional accuracy and surface features. Non-contact measurement allows us to inspect delicate or micro-sized components without risk of damage. Inspection data is compiled into our quality management system, giving customers full confidence in every part we ship.
Robotic Automation and Continuous Production
Automation allows our team to maintain consistent quality around the clock. Robotic loading systems and automated pallet changers keep machines running even after regular business hours. This approach reduces downtime, speeds up production, and supports faster delivery schedules. One example is a high-volume medical instrument program where robotic loading cut manual handling time and improved output consistency.
Connected Systems and Supporting Tools
Each production area is supported by connected software systems that monitor processes, track data, and document inspection results. Complementary equipment — including multi-axis lathes, high-speed spindles, and cleanroom assembly space — adds flexibility for both prototype and production projects. Every setup is focused on accuracy, traceability, and efficiency.
